Michelle Francis works as my client services administrator.  I have known Michelle since she was 15 years old.  It has been such a pleasure watching her grow into an exceptional woman with a keen sense for understanding people.  Her previous business experience in retail gives her ability to comprehend the customers desire to be appreciated and what customer service is all about. Her skills and knowledge will eventually be used to enrich and help mold the minds of small children.  Michelle is working her way through college to become a teacher. Until that time comes I have the pleasure of being able to utilize her skills in my office and with my clients.  She is organized, hard working and always willing to help.
